There is an old proverb that says "Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man health, wealthy and wise. I have a habit of getting up very early and have made a habit of walking long distances in the morning for the past two years. It is a small task and ideal for fitness. Fresh and clean morning air benefits the lungs. The first rays of the rising sun are ideal for healthy skin. 'Health is a Treasure' and Doctors also recommend going early in the morning to their patients to get a healthier life and new energy.
About a mile from there is a large park. Together with my neighbor friend, I cover the distance. We run in the winter and walk easily in the summer. Along the way, we meet other people, whom we now know and head for the park. We exchange greetings and move on. It is not uncommon for our two friends to miss our morning walk.
In winter mainly people live in houses but during the summer young and old alike seem to enjoy the beautiful weather. The dew that falls on the leaves, on the grass, and on the flower of the flower shine like little pearls. There is a refreshing breeze that brings out the delicious aroma of flowering plants. Birds moving in groups can be seen all around. It’s almost the same scene every day and the same dew people meet in the park but the morning charm is always there.
We run along the circular path of the park. After two rounds - perfect we let ourselves fall on the wet grass and roll happily down below.
Few young children are seen playing with balls. Only the elders and elders seem to be sitting in the group. They all know each other very well. They prefer to sit quietly and talk about politics, the changing times, and their younger generations. Obese people go faster with the goal of reducing fat mass.
When we lie down to rest we look at the sun in the sky. Seeing the sunrise and changing color quickly is awe-inspiring. Morning walking keeps me hot and strong all day. Regular morning walks are necessary to keep the body and mind healthy.
